Process Rescue is designed for processes that already exist and are in use. You submit what you have (written documentation or a recorded walkthrough), and we clean it up.
This engagement does NOT include:
- Creating new processes
- Training team members
- Managing implementation
Those are available as separate services if needed.

If what you have is a rough outline or high-level idea, it likely needs to be built from scratch and would fall under a different service.

We work within the tools you’re already using. Our recommendations are based on your current tech stack and workflows. If automation opportunities exist inside your existing systems, we’ll identify them. If a tool change would materially improve the process, we’ll note that as a recommendation.
